Expenses a partner pays personally are split between the partners using the percentages above. Income received by a partner personally is owed back to the others. Choose “Company account” for money that never touched a partner.

Leave the dates empty for all time. Income and expense totals follow the dates; partner balances always cover everything recorded. To get a PDF, open the printable file and choose Print, then Save as PDF.
Import adds entries that aren’t already in the shared records, which is handy for moving over data from the offline version. It never deletes anything.
